Clean Challenge Winner: Dave Thompson

Congrats to Dave Thompson, the winner of our most recent Clean Challenge and the winner of a free month of membership!

Dave signed up for the challenge to learn more about what his body needed to be healthy and to lose body fat. He was already fairly consistent with his workouts but had some questions about the nutrition aspects. Dave met with our Nutritionist, Nashley Banister, to create a plan together and discussed some key concepts that he wanted to focus on in order to improve body composition and recovery. From the start he was motivated and committed.

During the challenge Dave had a work travel trip which, as anyone who has travelled for work knows, can throw your routines right off the rails - but not Dave! By working closely with Nashley and talking about the choices he would face while traveling he came to terms with being in control of certain variables but less in control of others. Think restaurant food, conference schedules, missed workouts, late nights, social drinks and hotel kitchen setups.

Even through a work trip with variables beyond his control, Dave made great progress. At the end of the challenge, he collected the most points because he was consistent with his workouts, food, sleep, water, and indulgences and in just under 7 weeks he was down over 3% body fat. Way to go Dave!
