Sanitas’ Classic Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp

  • 6 key limes

  • 1 green pepper minced

  • 1 cucumber peeled and chopped

  • 1 medium onion minced

  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced

  • 1 avocado cubed

  • 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Steam shrimp for 3 minutes, peel and devein. 

  2. Marinate shrimp in lime juice for 10 min in mixing bowl, do not drain.

  3. Add green pepper, cucumber, onion, cilantro, and garlic to shrimp. 

  4. Toss well.
