Roasted Shishito Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Shishito Peppers (they are sold in bulk at the grocery store)

  • Refined Coconut Oil

  • Course Salt

Directions

  1. Heat pan on medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of coconut oil.

  2. Fry the shishito peppers until they are browned on all sides.

  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with coarse salt.
