Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 large roasted red peppers (from a jar with water)

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 2 tbsp of good olive oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Put all ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Done. Can be stored for several days in the fridge.

* This is great on fish, chicken, steak, eggs...really anything!
