Murph 2023 Recap
We had over 60 athletes join us on Memorial Day Sunday to celebrate and honor veterans lost. We completed the Hero Workout “Murph” which is the following done for time, partitioning the pull ups, push ups and squats as needed:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
**Wear a 20/14 lb. weight vest if you have one.
As always, our coaches led the athletes through a warm up, workout and cool down and offered scaling options for everyone. We had a great time and hope you can join us next year for this yearly event! Check out the class photos below!
