Bolder Boulder 2023: Your Guide
Springtime in the Rockies means flowers blooming, snow showers and the start of Bolder Boulder training!
The BOLDERBoulder 10K was founded in 1979 as a small, local 10K and has grown to be one of the largest and most respected community running events in the world. Our town celebrates Memorial Day with more than 50,000 participants and 70,000 spectators.
At CrossFit Sanitas we always refer to our members as our athletes, regardless of what they can or can’t yet do. Part of that is using your fitness out in the real world so we invite you to join us this year to run BOLDERBoulder. You must sign up to run, you can do it right here!
You may or may not have experience running, or maybe you have questions about your running technique. Don’t stress, we’re here to help! Regardless of your current training regime, working on running efficiency and technique will be beneficial. So in preparation for BOLDERBoulder we’ll be offering the following:
3 Group Fun Runs: April 22nd (hilly trail) April 29th 10:30 am (road), May 13th (flat trail)
We’ll be hosting a running workshop with Dr. Nicole Haas and La Sportiva Running with shoes for you to try on and an injury prevention talk led by Nicole at 12pm on April 29th. Read more about the event right here!
